Vegetarian Summer Dinners
Tuesday, July 12, 6-9 pm
In this class, you will learn to prepare foods that focus on fresh produce, bright summer flavors and simple preparation. Together we will prepare a delicious summer stew, Moroccan couscous, entree salads and more.
Wednesday, July 13, 6-9 pm
Annabel will teach you how to make Italian classics perfected from her experience of working at a restaurant near Rome's famous Piazza Navona. You will learn to prepare Caponata, Eggplant Parmesan, Pasta Puttanesca and more.
Tuesday, July 19, 6-9 pm
Annabel is known for her amazing brunch menus. You'll wake up to some of the best recipes that combine make up the most delicious aspects of breakfast and lunch. Delicious Sweet Crepes, Smoked Salmon Roses, Warm Scones and more.
Annabel's classes are a combination of "hands on" cooking and demonstration-style teaching for home cooks of all levels. You will be provided with your own cutting board/chef’s knife, apron and other cooking essentials for the evening. You will be stationed around a beautiful, designer kitchen (12 people max), and we will work together as a group, with Annabel as the instructor. We focus on knife skills, preparing ingredients for cooking and then eating! Classes are about 2 1/2-3 hours long. You must be over 14-years of age to attend these classes. $80/session.

Because our classes are intimate, we have a firm 72-hour (3 day) cancellation policy to ensure that we have enough time to fill your place with another student. For cancellations prior to the 72-hour mark, we are happy to offer credit for a future class.
As much as we'd like, we are not able to offer credit for last-minute illnesses or schedule conflicts. However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place, because we understand these things do happen.
